Setesh is deeply woven into the transformational music community, shaped by a decade of living in ecovillages and curating immersive events. This lived experience grounds his work as a booking agent, where he has served as lead visionary behind purposeful, nationwide tours for artists including Poranguí, Mose, and Deya Dova. He now brings this depth to his role as an agent at Pivotal.

Setesh also co-leads the Conscious Growth Convergence, a land-based festival, now in its third year, weaving together live music, workshops, visionary art, and ceremony on the ancestral lands of the Kalapuya people. Through dynamic fundraising campaigns, he has helped champion water protection, indigenous land restoration, and music education. He aspires for Reciprocity Music to be a beacon for music as a vessel for transformation.

Makenna is a trusted right hand to visionary leaders, known for bringing clarity, structure, and calm to fast-moving, high-impact environments. For the past eight she’s worked closely with mission-driven musicians to book tours, build teams, and coordinate logistics with precision and care.

Through her years of service with renowned artists such as Grammy-nominated Deva Premal and Desert Dwellers, and as a booking agent for a roster of artists spanning world, folk, and devotional dance music (Poranguí, Ayla Nereo, MaMuse, Fanna-Fi-Allah & Liquid Bloom), Makenna has developed a rare fluency in what it takes to move meaningful music through the world.

As an artist themselves, they know well the complexities of navigating artistry and capitalism. Sonya offers their business expertise delightfully in-service to creating sanctuary for artists in the music industry.

Sage is a creative professional with over 6 years of experience developing, coaching, and supporting artists across industries. From the hair industry to the music industry - she translates organizational management and relational skills into a multidimensional offering that anchors artistic vision into reality. 

Driven by her mission to curate transformational spaces, she specializes in event production, artist care, tour management, and general operational support for Reciprocity Music.
